Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees can’t be refunded and will apply if the return is initiated by the customer, not due to our mistakes.
Non-returnable Items
- Installed or used EV kits or components
- Electrical items that show signs of use or tampering
- Customized retrofitting services
Service Cancellations (Retrofitting / Servicing:)
You may cancel a booked service at least 48 hours before the scheduled date to receive a full refund. After that, cancellations may incur partial or no refund depending on the preparation stage.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different variant (e.g., battery size, motor type), please contact us. Exchange approval depends on product availability and inspection.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@evnexomart.in
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at [your support email] with:
- Order ID
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
