We currently operate two structured collaboration models, selected based on product category, partner preference, and operational feasibility.
1) List, Sell & Distribute Model
This is a traditional marketplace or reseller model where products are listed with pricing, orders are placed directly on the platform, payments are collected online, and logistics are managed by us or through integrated partners.
This model is used selectively where demand is proven, inventory planning is feasible, and the OEM is comfortable with retail-style distribution.
2) Catalogue, Coordinate & Confirm Model (Primary)
This is a B2B-assisted order model designed for EV and industrial products.

Products are displayed on our platform purely as a technical catalogue with an enquiry option, similar to an advertising and information platform—no online orders or checkouts are enabled.
When a customer enquires, we share the requirement with the OEM, confirm pricing and availability, place the order formally with timely payment, and the product is dispatched directly from the OEM to the customer.
Catalogue, Coordinate & Confirm is a B2B collaboration model designed for EV components and parts.
Under this model, EV Nexo Mart acts as a catalogue and coordination platform, showcasing verified OEM products and managing customer enquiries, while orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement between the customer, EV Nexo Mart, and the OEM.
This model avoids bulk inventory, online retail pressure, and unmanaged logistics, making it suitable for high-value and technical EV products.
This model minimizes inventory risk, aligns with OEM procurement practices, and ensures professional B2B execution.
