LioFer Safety & Handling Guidelines
Assembly Requirement: Always use cell holders (spacers), nickel strips ($ge 0.15text{mm}$ thickness), and a compatible Smart LiFePO4 BMS with active/passive cell balancing.
Storage Protocol: Store in a cool, dry place between 30%–50% State of Charge (SOC). Do not expose cells to open flames, direct heat, or water.
Handling Caution: Do not reverse polarity, short-circuit, or solder directly on cell terminals without proper spot-welding equipment. Insulate unused cell terminals with fish paper or kapton tape.
